Custom Quotes

  • Custom quotes are good for 30 days.
  • Custom quotes do not include shipping, 8.875% New York State sales tax, or any additional fees such as proof charges.
  • Custom quotes assume print-ready files. If we have to spend more than 15 minutes on your file, additional pre-press charges will be added to your invoice.
  • Custom quotes are based on the specifications you give us. Any changes in those specifications (colors, page counts, quantities, etc) will require a new estimate. Please note that depending on the change, this may push the job into rush status and additional fees may apply.

Turnaround Times

  • All turnaround times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) during our regular business hours, 9am-5pm. In general, our turnaround times are assumed to be by final pickup time, which is 5:00pm. We will always let you know when your job is ready and schedule a pickup time. If we are shipping your job, you will receive a notification when the job has been shipped. Please note that it will take UPS approximately 24 hours to scan the label. If you don’t see any tracking information at the number provided, please try again later. If you are working with a strict time limit, please select the appropriate expedited turnaround option when placing your order. Not all products can be expedited.
  • Turnaround times will fluctuate depending on the job, the quantity needed, and our current workload. If you are working under a particular deadline, please specify this in the notes when you place your order. Turnaround times do not begin when you first make contact or place your order. Any quoted turnaround time may change due to delays related to payment, or to improperly set up files.
  • All turnaround times are calculated from approval of either a PDF or printed proof. If it takes some time to make necessary revisions to get your file print-ready, the job may be pushed into rush status.


  • Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Orders that incur additional charges after the order has been placed will be billed separately for those charges. Orders that have an open balance cannot ship until the balance is paid.
  • We do not offer refunds. If there is an error in your job, we will check to see if the error was in the provided file or if it was due to our handling. If the latter, we will reprint the job at no cost to you. If the error exists within the file and was present in the proof you approved, we will bill you for the reprint.
