The Fiction Council is a Palestinian community-based non-profit in Jerusalem, founded in 2015 to provide a creative space for young people to explore and develop their imaginations. Its mission is to preserve, promote, and document Palestinian intangible heritage, focusing on folktales, superstitions, ancient legends, and the paranormal through all creative means possible. The Council also seeks to bridge the gap between the community and their imaginative heritage, recognizing imagination as the Palestinian’s ultimate tool for change.
